Test-taking is stressful enough. To take some anxiety out of the equation, we’re here when you need us, and have prepared some simple resources for any questions you may have.

What Forms of Payment do you accept?

Our website accepts all major credit cards and debit cards that support online purchasing. If you would like to pay by Wire Transfer, please email support@markmeldrum.com.

Do you offer discounts?

As our prices are already at an industry low, there is no further room for discounts on the packages. However, we offer the option to purchase individual sections, which effectively creates a payment plan and enables you to upgrade to the Full package at any time. Once you purchase all sections, the system will automatically recognize that you have the equivalent of the Full package and will upgrade your account.

What is the Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, our site has a strict no-refund policy, as all content becomes available immediately upon purchase. This policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which must be agreed to before completing a purchase. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@markmeldrum.com.

How do I Extend my Package?

Any candidate who purchases a package is eligible for a one-time extension or adjustment. This adjustment allows you to move your package to an earlier or later exam period. The fee for this one-time change is $100.

To extend, visit the Defer/Upgrade tab on the MY ACCOUNT (left-hand menu) page. The system will walk you through the process of uploading the required documentation to extend/upgrade your current package.
Please ensure that all documents are in their original PDF form and review the samples provided if you are unsure what document the system requires.

What happens when my course expires?

Each package expires at the end of the selected exam period. You’ll still have access to the Archive—an electronic video library with reading videos, which is designed to help you review past material while preparing for your next level or waiting for results.

  • The Archive is created automatically within a week of your package expiring and is
    available through the Mark Meldrum App on your primary mobile or tablet device.
    • The Archive is available for three years only.
  • App download instructions are available on your MY ACCOUNT page.
Where are the PDF Notes and Formula Sheet?

The PDF notes and Formula sheet can be found under “MY ACCOUNT” then “PDF Downloads”. Our notes are copyright protected; any editing of the PDF is prohibited.

Where can I find the Discord link?

Log in to your MM.com account and follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to My Videos on the left panel.
  2. Click into your prep materials Videos section.
  3. On the right side, you’ll see a link that says, “Join us on Discord.”
  4. Please follow the steps in the pop up to access the Discord

Do you still offer the One Fee to Pass in the study packages?

Only Level 1 and Level 2 Instructor-led packages include the one fee to pass. All other packages require an extension fee of $100 USD.

I purchased the incorrect package. What do I do?

Please email support@markmeldrum.com. Our Candidate Care Specialist will be able to assist you. While waiting for a response, please do not purchase anything else or access any materials.

Where can I find the 2026 packages?

To view the 2026 packages, visit our Subscriptions Page, click on the “2025 Packages” 2026 packages? drop-down menu and select “2026 packages”.

I am getting an error message. What can I do to fix this?

Here are a few ways to correct the error.

  • Clear your browser cache and disable extensions like AdBlock
  • Update your browser and device software
  • Try a different browser (like Firefox or Edge)
  • Try a different device (computer, phone, etc.)
  • If you’re using a work computer, your company may be blocking access. Please contact your I.T. team for help.

Can I purchase a package without being registered for the exam?

As long as you are a registered CFA candidate (have a CFA Institute ID number), you can purchase a package. We recommend that you purchase the exam period you intend to sit for as there is a $100 extension fee on all packages.

To set up a CFA account, go to https://www.cfainstitute.org/. Select “Create Account” in the upper right corner. From there, follow the steps to set up your account.

Do you have a Free Demo?

Yes, you can sign up for Free Content located at the top of our homepage. This allows candidates to preview how the material is delivered and what the instruction sounds like.

  1. Click “add to cart” and fill out the entire form.
  2. Click “Place Order” in the bottom right corner to complete the process.
  3. The Free Content is available on the My Videos tab.
